This Condominium Development will consist of two phases. Phase 1 (48) Condominiums and Phase 2 (48) Condominiums. A Total of 96 Condominiums. The HOA Budget was proposed from the 3rd Party Management Company that will be managing this Community.

When Phase 1 is Completed, the HOA Fee will be approximately $815.27 and includes it’s Monthly Reserves. The fee is higher temporarily until Phase 2 is completed.

When Phase 2 is Completed, the HOA Fee will be approximately $512.46 and includes it’s Monthly Reserves. The fee decreases for all condominium owners because there are now more units splitting the monthly fee.

This HOA Fee proposed is approximately $800 lower than the average HOA Fee in Pasco County.
